Residents at Carleton-Kirk Lodge Nursing Home are provided with all meals, including breakfast, lunch and supper, as well as afternoon and evening snacks.

Our menu changes frequently to offer a variety and to match the season. We have an onsite dietician who oversees each menu and determines what foods are served to ensure that all resident dietary requirements, as well as strict quality standards are met. Staff cooks and servers work hard to provide tasty and nutritious dishes and serve them in a comfortable, family-like atmosphere. Food allergies and special dietary requirements are taken into consideration and the dietitian meets regularly with the residents and their families for care conference meetings so that updates to their diet and care are included in a timely fashion.
